To be a Host, you have to take responsibility for every minute of the event. At the same time, you have to be the most important guest and, like a conductor of a large orchestra, whose aim is to give every participant an opportunity to make his “sound” such that all the “sounds” combined make a harmonious and beautiful masterpiece. You have to pay attention to every detail, be capable of sensing the audience, giving back adequate reactions, and most importantly – you need experience.
